With over 20 years in hospitality—including more than a decade dedicated to the luxury sector—Danny Duncan has built a career at the very highest levels of service. Her experience spans working aboard superyachts, managing operations within UHNW households, and overseeing service on exclusive private estates and luxury private islands. This unique background has given her an insider’s understanding of the expectations of elite clients, from royalty and celebrities to prominent families around the world. From these environments, she developed a meticulous eye for detail, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and a passion for creating seamless, intuitive guest experiences.

The company partners with private clients, brands, and service teams to deliver confidential operational assessments, service strategy, staffing solutions, and bespoke lifestyle and travel consulting.
